Dr Nancy Chinwe Agha is a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. She holds a Ph.D in Management and teaches Research Methodology, Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurial studies. She has several years of teaching and research experience in Management.
Nancy has authored two books in Research Methods and co-authored several other books in various aspects of Management including Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management. She has published widely in reputable, ranked and Google scholar international and national journals.
Dr Nancy Agha has attended several National and International conferences and workshops and between 2015 and 2016, she chaired three International Research sessions, at Harvard and the University of London.
She has presented several Lead papers at different conferences held in Nigeria and some other African countries. Some of the lead papers include, “ Research Management and Excellence in Nigerian Universities”(2015), “Attitudinal Change and National Development (2016), and “ Bridging The Gap Between Teaching and Research” presented at the 14th Annual National Conference of the National Association for Research Development, held in Nigeria.
Dr Agha is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). She hails from Afikpo in Ebonyi state, South East Nigeria. She is happily married.
